Hi there,

How is it possible that since a couple of days, a few web pages cannot be loaded with Firefox? With other computers (outside my home) can be loaded without any problem but with my computer it is not possible anymore... This problem has not occured yet, the requested pages could be loaded onto my computer without any difficulties (even with Explorer I cannot load them anymore...) Could you help me?

You need to update your plugins. It is important to keep them updated due to continuing security fixes and improvements in those plug-ins:

  • Shockwave Flash 10.1 r53
  • Next Generation Java Plug-in 1.6.0_20 for Mozilla browsers
  1. Check your plugin versions: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/
    • Note: plugin check page does not have information on all plugin versions
  2. Update Shockwave Flash
  3. Update Java:
