Everything I print in Firefox (email, web pages, etc.) prints in large type and the right side is cut off. Selecting "fit on page" doesn't fix the problem. Printing at a smaller % doesn't stop the page right cutoff. How do I fix?
Everything is printing too large and cutting off the right side of the page. It does not do this in Explorer.

Have you tried the Print to Fit pref in File > Page Setup or in the Print Preview window?
Yes. Doesn't work. Thanks for trying.
I had the exact problem & didn't know why, since I hadn't changed settings myself. Narrowed it down to Firefox, as print preview worked fine in Internet Explorer & in my Word program. I tried the fix mentioned above, & found that in the Printer Properties tab (happens to be an HP printer), the page size had been changed to 4x6, resulting in everything printing to top left hand corner. Selecting 8x11 seems to have resolved the problem! I had also tried the "print to fit" and going to a smaller % like 50% or 60% which did not solve the problem. (The solution was found in the webpage http://kb.mozillazine.org/Problems_printing_web_pages)

Thanks. I had already found the same solution you found. I think the problem occurred when Firefox upgraded and my settings got changed.
I'm the one who posted the question. I have a MacBookPro running Leopard/ Mac OSX 10.6.8.
When I go into Page Setup and adjust the scale to 90% and select fit to page in the print window the first page of a multi-page website print-screen comes out perfectly, but each subsequent page of the same document comes out cut off on the right hand side and sometimes the bottom too. This applies to emails, fedex waybills and any "printable" section of a website.
I've double-checked and the paper size in the Page Setup window is US Letter. I've uninstalled and re-installed the printer driver (HP 4014dn) and still no luck.
Anyone have suggestions for this Mac user?
Hey LuciaJane,
please try updating to the latest printer driver and see if that fixes the problem.
You can find the printer driver on the HP website.
