The google search bar in the top right-hand corner has changed language to Spanish!! I've tried to change it but it just goes back to Spanish

One day, it just changed so that whatever I search for searches using the Spanish Google web-page. When I go into Advanced setting to change it to English it can't change.

Try going to the Google No Country Redirect link. Does it still happen after disabling country redirects?
