I tried FF 4.0 final today. When I clicked on the bookmarks menu item, I got a long list of the usual options, but when I hovered the mouse over "My Bookmarks" and the list of bookmarks popped up on the left hand side of the screen, all I could see was the yellow folder icons, but not even a single letter of the name of the folder. My display settings are 800x600, which may explain part of this problem, but I was not experiencing this problem when using version 3.6.15. Because of poor eyesight the 800x600 screen resolution is all I can use, so I will never be able to use version 4.0 unless this problem is resolved.

You can use the NoSquint extension to set font sizes (text/page zoom) and text colors on web pages.

Thanks cor-el. Appreciate the info. I am really looking for a fix rather than more add-ons for a number of reasons I will not go into here. I've gone back to version 3.6.x for now until this problem is fixed and until more of my add-ons are compatible.
