Jaws 12 and Window Eyes are screen readers for the visually impaired and Blind. The cursor does NOT work with Firefox 4. Also the add on Web Visum does NOT work with Firefox 4. Will Mozilla work with Freedom Scientific and GW Micro to have Firefox 4 and ALL future releases work? A lot of visually impair and Blind people prefer Firefox over IE.

JAWS 10 and higher, including JAWS 12, are compatible with Firefox 4. Note that for JAWS 11, it is imperative that you update to the latest free update of that version 11.0.1476 or whichever their latest offering is. The initial version of JAWS 11 does not work with Firefox correctly.

Window-Eyes 7.5 and possibly also 7.0 through 7.2 are compatible with Firefox 4. We recommend Window-Eyes 7.5. Note that, on Windows XP, there is a problem with Window-Eyes and Firefox 4.0 which manifests itself in a crash. We are sorry for this inconvenience and have fixed this problem in Firefox 5, which is currently in beta.

The WebVisum team have published a new version of their add-on on their Website . Please go there and reinstall the add-on, and the WebVisum services will be available for you again.
