The back arrow should activate after navigating away from a page. Lately it has not activated so I cannot "go back".

Also, what happened to the drop down so you could go back several pages without having to navigate through each prior page?

This issue can be caused by the McAfee SiteAdvisor extension.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
