Go to | Tools > Set Up Sync > Connect > I don't have this device with me | Enter your credentials and select the option "I have lost this device" to get a new sync key and re-sync with the server.

This could not work in FF 5.0 where I can't press "I have lost this device" . Is this a bug?

Hi,

The steps are similar for Mac OS X.

Click on Firefox in the menu bar. Preferences -> Sync -> Set up Firefox Sync.

Then, in the I already have a Firefox Sync account click on "Connect". At the bottom of this new window there's a link that says: "I don't have the device with me". Click on it and complete the fields.
