What a shame you don't have an email address for help, I could send you a pic and it would explain things so much easier...!!! This system is so frustrating... There is a menu at the top of my page, FILE EDIT VIEW HISTORY BOOKMARKS TOOLS HELP...how can I move this down and more in line so I don't lose so much room at the top of my page?

Here is what I'm talking about

You can hide the menu bar via View > Toolbars and have the Firefox menu button visible on the title bar. If the browser window is maximized then the tab bar will be moved to the title bar as well.

Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the menu bar is hidden.

Thanks for that, but I don't want to hide it I just want to move it

You can't move the menu bar. You can move other items like the bookmarks toolbar items or buttons from the navigation toolbar to the menu bar to the left or right side of the menu items if you open the Customize window.

Open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"

Thanks again, if I can't move it, that answers my question. Cheers.
