You only see profiles in the Profile Manager if they are listed in the file profiles.ini

Make sure that your security software isn't protecting that ini file.

Do you see 3 Profiles in the profiles.ini file?
That file can be viewed in a Text Editor program, like WordPad. It is located in the same folder as the \Profiles\ folder.

thanx for the quick reply. the profile i'm referring to is on my pc(xp) at home and i'm on my laptop(7) right now. i did see it listed and i'm able to open it that way, but it won't show up in the p-mgr. for some reason. all 3 profiles have different names. i remember corel had a resolution to this awhile back but i can't find it anywhere. i'm stumped. i'm going to shut my laptop down now, but i'll get back on tomorrow to see if you replied to this. THANX AGAIN.
