In the course of composing and submitting a previous question, I never once saw any information on where I could expect to find the answer to my question once someone answered it. I still have no idea where to find the answers to my questions. Could you please redesign your process so that it it clearer to the person asking the question where they can hope to find the answer?

I can't find either the question I posted or the answer. :(

I eventually figured out where to see the answers to my questions. (Mozilla REALLY needs to improve their process so that people asking questions get information on how to see their questions and answers!)

Here's what you need to do: 1. Go to this address: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions. 2. Just below the heading "Firefox Support Forum", you'll see a large blue area containing everyone's questions. To see only YOUR questions, look for the heading at the top of the blue area that says "Show: All | Unsolved | Solved | No replies | My Contributions". Click on "My Contributions" and you will see only your own questions. 3. Click on the question whose answers you're trying to find. A new page will come up showing the question and the answers.
