I run a Large 15000 user network and we have about 1000 users that use Firefox we want to upgrade to 5 but before that can happen I need a way to disable SYNC on there installs so they cant upload anything to outside servers.

A possibility can be to lock the server URL (services.sync.serverURL) and other Sync URLs to empty strings.
Then it is impossible to connect to the server.
