firefox does not fully load. blue letters are visible for links. Internet explorer works fine. I downloaded the latest version of Firefox.

When I sign on to FireFox the screen does not properly generate, you can still "Blue Letters" for the links.

So I cannot get into my AOL account.

Internet Explorer works fine and I am using it instead of FireFox.

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Windows Accessibility settings.
