updated to v 7.0 which disabled autofil, so systetm restored back to v 6.0, now I can't access browser

I used Windows system restore to return to firefox v 6.0 since v 7.0 disabled autofil (which I used frequently). Now I can't access firefox. Program still exists on c: in program file folder, but I still can't open it.
