The list of current news...latest headlines has not changed in the last 3-4 days. at the top of the headlines list is a muted message that says "live bookmark feed failed to load" This problem coincides with my updating to firefox 7.0.1. Is there a suggestion for a resolution? thanks Regie

Try to remove that not working Latest Headlines feed and create a new feed by visiting this URL.

We accidentally broke this, but it should be fixed shortly. You should not need to take any action... it will recover on its own within a day or so.

The update to Firefox 7.0.1 is entirely coincidental... there's no connection between this problem and the new version.

If you want to fix it yourself, you can edit the feed location to one that works. Right-click "Latest Headlines" and hit Properties. The Feed Location should be of the form:

http://fxfeeds.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/headlines.xml

(replace your locale... en-GB, es-ES, and so on)

There is a bugzilla bug on this as well, with a technical discussion of what happened: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=692035.
