My email has been blocked due to mass emails being sent out. I tried to reset my password without success. I then tried to get a one time code as verification that I own the account and it didnt' work. How can I access my account?
I sent out an email to all of my contacts and msn thought this was suspicious so they blocked my account. I tried to reset my password and it didn't work. I then tried to request a one time four digit code be sent to my cell but that didn't work either. I have tried to get assistance from msn but they refuse to assist unless I pay $109.00 to them to unblock my email. Can you help me unblock. At this point now it is stating that it has been blocked due to "to many sign in attempts". I know the password is correct but somehow when I tried to reset the password it instead erased it completely.

Nothing to do with firefox then, other than the fact that you could use firefox to open and use some other, possibly free webmail account.
Firefox doesn't do email it's a browser. Contact your email supplier or if they won't help change your provider.
No it doesn't have anything to do with Firefox but because I use the account for on line nursing classes and have no back up (I know I'm realizing back up is important) I have had this account for about 8-10 yrs now and never had a problem so didn't think a backup was necessary. I have tried to get microsoft to assist and they refuse to stating that I'm not a paid customer and when I inquired about being a paying customer they said even if I was a paying customer they still wouldn't assist because that's not what they do.
Yes, I am aware that firefox is only a browser. Is it possible that firefox detected malware/trojan or something and blocked it?
Firefox blocks sites sometimes because they are known to be troublesome, it is your security software that detects and blocks malware.
If you have malware causing mass mailings, maybe the e-mail provider has blocked your account, and if that is the case maybe that needs sorting out before you try using email again. See is my firefox problem a result of malware
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
