Firefox crashes
It crashed and now every time I try to open firefox it immediately kicks me back to a mozilla crash report screen. Clicking restart firefox from there just repeats the process.

This is caused by Trusteer Rapport. Try to disable it and see if that stops the crashing.
You can stop Rapport using Start Menu > Programs > Trusteer Rapport > Stop Rapport
You can ask their helpdesk when an updated version of their product will be made available or, if you don't need this software, uninstall it.

When opening it tells me web page not avilble? try again? But when I do this it still not opening! I had to use IE to come to the help page???
