How do I import bookmarks? Import isn't in the file menu!!

I'm not sure how it looks on OS X but on both Linux and Windows Firefox versions the "import bookmarks" feature is not in the file menu. It is in "bookmarks library" though.

Try to go to Bookmarks => Show all bookmarks and you should see the "Bookmarks library" window and the import/export features in there.

Many thanks, that sorted it. I had read the Help file which wasn't very helpful until I tried the Import HTML file which then let me import from Safari. Exactly as you said it would...
