I have a Dell Latitude E6500 laptop running Windows 7 Professional. I am submitting this on a Mac. When I try open Firefox, I get the Mozilla Crash Reporter telling me "We're Sorry". I cannot find the crash ID, even in details.

Go through the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article and see if you can start in Firefox Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode. The article explains how to get a crash report ID.

Safe mode was no help. Fortunately, the problem went away in a week or so.
