2 programs pop up and can't be deleted: plaxxed and cltrda
a window with cltrda.com in the address bar pops up everytime I hit the enter bar. When I came to the help screen* a window popped up with plaxxed.com in the address bar. I don't know how to get rid of these programs. They won't let you delete them or go to another site.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
