FireFox will not inialize (0x0000034). Firefox was deleted and reinstalled but won't inialize.

Started computer this morning. Firefox icon was accessed. Box for Firefox Application Error appears. "The appliaction failed to initialize properly (0xc0000034). Click on OK to terminate this application." All Firefox applications were deleted from computer and then downloaded from Mozilla website. Same results. ~Bill Watts~

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
