windows 7 32 bit fully up to date. profile from 02/04/2012, probably v10.0. this used to be a simple task when you changed hadrdrives. not anymore with your daily changes. what happened to the instruction i got from your site on 2/24 that says "simply copy and paste profiles folder over the new one" Netscaper since 1994.

Please also try deleting any parent.lock file from the old profile, if present. Please note that you may need both the signons.sqlite and the key3.db to successfully transfer stored passwords. Transferring Profile Data
