I think any office suite can coexist peacefully with Firefox. Is there any special interaction between Firefox and your word processor that you're looking for?

Thank you for your very quick response. I would like to use Office Libre but I remember reading somewhere that it was incompatible with Firefox. Does this still hold true?

Doing a web search, it appears that there is a bug affecting some versions of LibreOffice in their integration with Firefox. I have no idea whether this would affect Windows 7 users.

If this happens to you, try to remove any LibreOffice plugin(s) from Firefox.

It is compatible with Windows 7 and FF 11.0

Thank you for the confirmation about compatibility. I am using Firefox 11 and Windows 7. I also downloaded Office Libre and tried it out and it was successful.
