By accident I clicked on "download" instead of "open with" in the window and I need to "reset" the window.

I have found the "download window" etc. but that is not what I want--I want to return to the default: "What do you want to do" window for the button of the website (I want to open the link with another program, not download it to my PC). Downloading and then opening is not an option--I need the options window again.
