Cannot get FF sync 2 accept any input 4 letters at the bottom of setup, no matter what variation of the letters i try. Bent letters hard to read. Bent word hard
trying 2 save my profile settings; to be able to reinstall FireFox, due to issues with parts of profile. Cannot read bent words to the satisfaction of FF sync create account app. Won't let me continue without it to prove i am a real live person. Need someone 2 do do real life chat to get me through problems with FireFox. Have files in profile folder that I want to remove. Thank You for any help

Do you mean that you have a problem with the CAPTCHA to confirm that you are a human?
I agree that the CAPTCHAs used for sync aren't easily to comprehend and the sound version is even more difficult.
I usually click as often as necessary to reload a new CAPCHA if I can't decipher the letters until I see one that doesn't look too hard.

Thanks very much. Tried it again (about 7th or 10th attempt), but it worked. Now synced and started on process to maybe get messed up FF cache and Pogo straightened out.
