SpectorSoft and Firefox crashing
We have just installed Spectorsoft on some Mac OSX 10.7 machines. Since the install of Spector, Firefox will crash on startup, or it will crash when opening the Firefox preferences. I'm not sure if it's an issue with Spector or Firefox. Spector of course blames firefox. This is also happening with Chrome. The only browser that seems to work is Safari. Not sure if anyone has experienced this but any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Please perform the following steps to give us a crash report ID that helps us find out more about the cause of the crash.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox location bar (that's where you enter your website names) and press Enter. You should now see a list of submitted crash reports.
- Copy the most recent 5 report IDs that you see in the crash report window and paste them into your forum response.
Thanks in advance for your help!
More information and further troubleshooting steps can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.
Here is the crash report when I try to go to the Firefox preferences:

This report also contains technical information about the state of the application when it crashed.
That not what we need - about:crashes contains the Crash Report ID's.
Not sure where to find that.
Enter about:crashes in the Firefox location bar (that's where you enter your website names) and press Enter. You should now see a list of submitted crash reports.
just enter it into the location bar (see screenshot attached) - this will bring up the most recent crash report ids.
