There is no OK button for me to click on to save changes to privacy settings

A trusted website suddenly won't allow me access. Keeps telling me that cookies aren't enabled even though I've gone through every step here to change the privacy settings. It says click OK after I've made the necessary changes but there is no OK button to click on. No matter how many times I've tried to change my settings to 'use custom settings' it reverts to 'remember history'. I've reset firefox and it still won't remember the changes.
