I have tried all your users' documented possible fixes for removing the Babylon search engine. I.e. Firefox browser defaults to Babylon regardless of what I do or try. I need to speak directly with someone from Firefox!

Click Start, then Control Panel, then Uninstall a Program. Remove Babylon, Browser Manager (or browser protection) and anything else that looks suspicious.

Then, open Firefox, and reset it. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

You should run an anti malware programme such as Malwarebytes and also look for "user.js" open it with notepad or a similar programme and if it contains information regarding Babylon just delete it.
