Error Returning Item. License Server Communication Problem 

      E_BAD_LOAN_ID

This appears when I try and return a library book using Adobe Digital Reader 2.0 Ap. This ap. is the one I am required to use to borrow and return books. I can borrow any book but when I click on the book and choose return book to library to message above comes up and does not allow me to do so.
