I think TurboTax Online probably is generating a PDF for you to view or download.

One possibility is that you are getting a save dialog to download that PDF.

Firefox 19 introduced a new PDF viewer. If you are using that but having a problem printing from it, there is an arrow on the right side of the viewer toolbar to download the PDF file. If you save the file and open it in Adobe Reader, you probably will get the cleanest print.

You can turn off the new PDF and use the Adobe plugin if you prefer. Please see this article for the steps: View and edit PDF files using Firefox’s built-in viewer.
