Every time my anti-virus program finds a threat it is in the "Get Lyrics" plug-in. How can I Uninstall this plug-in?

I have Avast anti-virus, so far it has found 6 threats during scans, all the threats are in the Get Lyrics plug-in. I have disabled the plug-in but there is no option to remove it. How can I remove this
