We had to add firefox because we were having a problem with our old browser not fully opening up a program. So we added firefox. Now I cant seem to get my scanner to work. We have an epson and he trouble shooted with me for 1 hr and said he could not fix the problem. That he thought firefox was blocking it somehone to call you guys.

In case your scanner needs access to your browser (not sure why that would be...), make Internet Explorer your default browser again.

You can do that using Windows Control Panel > Internet Options (Network and Internet category) > Programs tab > "Make default" button

Does that have any effect?
