I cannot access *.services.mozilla.com. The message displayed is 'Server not found'. I checked the status.mozilla.com and account.services.mozilla.com is said to be operating normally. I cannot even access it through mobile. Because of this, I cannot try to log in, or reset my password when I am trying to sync my laptop to my desktop. I was previously successful in syncing them a couple of months ago before I reformatted my laptop.

Thanks for any help!

The same problem.

I cannot connect to account.services.mozilla.com

Also, when I try to create a new account the error message is:

"Server not found Firefox can't find the server at auth.services.mozilla.com"

Make sure to use the HTTPS protocol.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History > Show All History" or "View > Sidebar > History") or via the about:permissions page.

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make a note of those passwords and bookmarks.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of the involved files.

It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

Any ideas? I am still not able to sync.

Sorry cor-el, I did not see that post until now. Thanks for the suggestion, but this did not help.

However, I realized that on my mobile I had wifi still turned on. I cannot figure out why, but I can access it through my phone's data connection, but not my home internet connection. Are there specific ports that I have to open? How do I do that?

The Firefox Sync service is operating, however we are having some DNS propagation issues, which should be resolved very shortly.
