I just updated Firefox within the last couple of days. Now things like Look Inside on Amazon and similar windows on FB are not working at all
On Facebook, clicking to message someone on their page normally brings up a window (not chat) where you can enter your message. It has been working very slowly and I think it's just been since the update of Firefox. Tonight I also found that I cannot open the Kindle "Look Inside" feature which is sort of a similar pop up. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:
- Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
- Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
- Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
- From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
- Now click the Clear now button.
Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article.

I gave it a few days since I turn off my computer each night. The next day, Amazon Look Inside was okay, FB varies, sometimes the message thing pops up easily, sometimes it won't even open "Messages" right. Some regular pages are really slow to load too. I have an older computer/OS, so that could be compounding the issue. I didn't go in and clear the cache etc. as that would get rid of quite a few logins for me, but if it keeps up, I may have to resort to that.
