THE PAGE ISN'T REDIRECTING PROPERLY
I keep getting a message: FIREFOX HAS DETECTED THAT THE SERVER IS REDIRECTING THE REQUEST FOR THIS ADDRESS IN A WAY THAT WILL NEVER COMPLETE. THIS PROBLEM CAN SOMETIMES BE CAUSED BY DISABLING OR REFUSING TO ACCEPT COOKIES. TRY AGAIN.
I am trying to download a "review" from a company that I submitted and they are sending me a preview of it. However, I cannot download it.

Note that Firefox has a setting to allow third-party cookies for visited sites.
Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history" You can set the Boolean pref network.cookie.thirdparty.sessionOnly to true on the about:config page to have third-party cookies act as session cookies.
Note that you have disabled the referrer (network.http.sendRefererHeader = 0) and it is possible that some websites do not work properly in this case.
