Hi Tauseef,
The forum doesn't allow screenshots to uploaded in the initial thread post. That's a bug developers are looking to find time to put in:
- Bug 718813 - let people add screenshots when asking a question Please don't comment on bug reports!
Is your warranty software web based or an application? (Web based meaning you have to go to a certain URL to access it)
You can try clearing your cookies for that site to see if it'll pull up properly
- Go to the orange Firefox button (Or Tools if you don't have the button) and click Options
- Go to the Privacy section > Remove individual cookies
- Clear the cookies for your site by finding and selecting it, and clicking Remove cookies.
- Restart Firefox, then try to access it again.
Note: Windows XP is out of date (and will not receive any more updates from Microsoft) as of April 8, 2014 and if you are able to, you should update to a more recent OS such as 7, 8/8.1, or even switch over to Linux or OS X.
Thank you very much for the reply. Yes its is SAP web application server and through URL we have to access. I removed cookies as you mentioned but still its same.
Are you able to see my screen prints?

Yes I got the screenshots. My, my, the first shot is terrible but the second one looks pretty good.
Thanks for giving your System Details list. It saved a lot of time.
Can you start Firefox in Safe Mode to see if the problem is still there?
- Go to Help > Restart with Add-ons disabled
Or if you can't start Firefox:
- Windows: Hold the SHIFT key while double clicking the Firefox desktop icon
- Mac: Hold the OPTION key while double clicking the Firefox icon on your Dock or in your Applications folder
- Linux: Go to your Terminal and run /path/to/firefox/firefox -safe-mode
- Default path for Firefox is /usr/lib/firefox
If the issue is not there whilst browsing in Safe Mode then the problem lies within one of your extensions. Enable your extensions one-by-one to pinpoint the exact add-on that is malfunctioning.
Problem still there after switching to safe mode even I tried to open this software another computer but same.
Can you confirm that it's happening on another computer besides your own?
Yes it is same to another machine.
Couple of questions for you to answer:
- How long have you had this problem?
- Are both machines running Firefox to access the website?
- Does Internet Explorer work properly?

Since from the last month. Yes both machine running firefox to Access this website. Yes its working perfect in internet explorer.
I'm going to go on a hunch and say that the website got updated somehow and isn't compatible with Firefox. HOWEVER, this is my opinion and you're free to wait for another contributor to give his/her opinion on the issue. If you want, I can flag this question so another contributor can give their two cents.
Thanks Men.
Thank you. I've already notified other contributors to see what they have to say. You should receive a response either today or tomorrow.
Thanks in advance for your patience.
It is possible that there are missing clear:both CSS rules if there is floating content involved or the container height is set too low.
You can try to check this with the DOM Inspector or with the built-in Inspector.
Would this be relevant? http://scn.sap.com/blogs/browsup/2014.../firefox-28-rrc-successfully-tested-with-netweaver Please see if this is also the same in the newest version 28.
Same, text alignment is still out of order.
This is a SAP NetWeaver Web Application Server and only working perfect at internet explorer even not also work at chrome and safari. All of these have text alignment problem which you can see in the attached images.
