Hi vivian87, Please configure your antivirus to allow for these sites. I beileve you can do this in the settings http://support.kaspersky.com/kav2014/settings

These are the connections on startup http://kb.mozillazine.org/Connections_established_on_startup_-... though this may be a little out dated.
