Firefox crashes for any ask.com page. This does not happen in safe mode. It does not happen with IE. I used Norton Security Safe Search in Firefox and IE. I have Windows 7 with Norton Security safesearch. I have gone through the exercises in the helps section and it still happens. Here are the most current 5 reports:

That is a problem with your Norton software as you can see by the presence of DLLs that belong to Norton components in the crash reports. bp-d2a4934d-2333-4df6-a766-256552140809
