help! i keep getting mail delivery emails in my inbox from emails that i'm not sending. what do i do?

If they are not in your sent folder, then you are not sending them. People get your email address all the time and use it for the return address for the spam they send. There is nothing you can do now. Just be mindful of how and when you post your email address.
