when you are going to make mozilla firefox for IOS devices?

There is no way for Mozilla to create Firefox for iOS. Apple greatly restricts what sort of applications can be created for iOS. The only thing that Mozilla could provide is a Firefox Sync client that then uses the iOS Safari browser.
