A received email keeps duplicating itself in my inbox preventing other emails from coming in (sender is a valuable contact so can't just block them)
Received an email which keeps duplicating itself in my inbox despite repeated deleting. As a result I presume its blocking my account from receiving other emails. I can't just block the sender as they are a key client. Any suggestions on how to fix please?
