Can I get the "menu" that loads on the top of my screen to "move" to the right?

When FireFox opens, it loads a "menu" across the top, from the "Apple" to the right.

Is there any to get it to load more towards the middle of that top 'bar', rather than far left?

On Mac the menu bar is under control of the Mac OS and you can't affect its appearance from within Firefox.
