Firefox is still buggy after adware removal
After removing some adware I got yesterday, Firefox is still somehow buggy.
I've made deep scans in my drives with several anti-malware programs and with antivirus; and I've uninstalled Firefox, deleting the old profiles too, and made a new clean install.
However, when installing NoScript and/or Ghostery add-ons, they don't seem to work. I think this might be caused because of traces of the malware that I got recently.
Here are the problems:
-NoScript 2.6.9.21: the add-on shows no options, instead shows blank spaces. It seems to be blocking all the javascript, notice how YouTube doesn't show at all. (Img #1). When disabling the add-on and restarting Firefox, all websites with Javascript show well again. So, the add-on seems to be working, but not being configurable.
-Ghostery 5.4.3: the Ghostery button on the sidebar doesn't appear, and I can't figure out how to make it appear. Furthermore, in the add-ons page, if I click ghostery settings, what I get is a blank page. (Img #2)
I've tried to install the add-ons both from the developer page and from the Firefox add-ons page. I've even tried with older versions of the add-ons, just to make sure it wasn't a version issue.
I think I might be missing something, what do you think I can do to solve these problems?
In case you need them, got the scan logs of the antispyware and antivirus programs, and can post a HJT log.

Ran loads of antimalware programs and fully deleted all the Firefox folders (featured here: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Uninstalling_Firefox) manually.
After a new install, everything's working allright again.
