How can I set up an autoresponse triggered by the hour rather than a day
Hi I would like to set up thunderbird so that it automatically sends an out of office response between 6.00pm and 8.00am, is there a way I can do this? Thanks

Yes, configure it on your providers web mail server.
I would hope you would be turning your computer off at night.
Actually yes I do have it on all the time, as it acts as a virtual webserver. the provider's webmail server only allows between two dates (which is pretty usual), I want to to send an automatic reply after work hours every day.
You will probably need to use javascript and this add-on.
