I went into view on the menu toolbar and looked at the toolbars that were listed. Then I clicked on the ave toolbar and it went away. my question is how do I retrieve it? thank you

How do you mean, It Went Away?

Type about:customizing<enter> in the address bar. Look for Show / Hide Toolbars at the bottom left.
