I requested a password reset, but I never got the email
I just upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 and Firefox no longer recognizes me (it was my default on Windows 7). I don't remember my password and have requested a reset twice, but didn't get the email either time. I did check spam , but no luck.

Hello there,
I know this is probably not very helpful but have you checked if your email address is correct? Is it the same email address as previously used to set up Firefox sync?
