This startup crash is definitely frustration however, it is a bug that is being fixed. You can track the status of the bug here. Please do not post or comment in the bug unless you have substantial information which benefits the progress of it.

Note that this is likely a problem with the "Websense Endpoint" software, so you can try to disable or uninstall this software for now until there is an update to address this issue.
