After upgrading a Windows 7 and a Windows 8.1 computer to Windows 10, both computers hang for about 5 to 7 seconds after hitting the send button. They eventually go but before the upgrade our emails would send immediately.

I disabled all plugins, themes, extensions. No change.

I disabled antivirus, no change.

Was the antivirus a 3rd-party program? If so, disabling it may have made the system revert to the built-in program, Windows Defender. If WD is active, add the TB profile folder as an Exclusion (Settings/Update & Security/WD).
