I am on Version 38.0 and am having problems when it keeps going into 'not responding' mode which is very frustrating. I am wondering if I am on the latest version. I use windows 7.

The latest version is 38.5.0. There never was a 38.0 version, 38.0.1 did exist though.
What is your anti-virus software?

Thank you. OK - got 38.5 now and so far it seems to be behaving. Anti-virus is free Avast.
