Our HR department uses the salary platform SAGE to send out the monthly statements. We recently switched from MS Exchange to GMail so Sage recommended Thunderbird. This has been installed on the relevant HR computers and works fine for a maximum of 5 users. When HR come around to sending out the statements (over 300 employees) they can only send a max of 5 at a time without any issues. No quotas are in place and no error messages are displayed but if they try more than that it just doesn’t send them so they have to review the sent items box and work out the last person the email was sent to.

Obviously this is very frustrating for them to have to send out 5 at a time so they are very keen to have this issue resolved. Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Many thanks, Jonathan

There must be an error message somewhere.
