can't remove and re-install add-ons that firefox disabled

REALLY? There should be support from mozilla/firefox directly. I'm not a computer expert. This is taking up too much of my time. Instructions say to click on the "remove" button, which doesn't exist. The other option says warranty could be removed. I need Logitech. Thanks.

Try updating to SetPoint 6.67.83 - you now have Logitech SetPoint 6.5, per your More System Details.

Overall, support for add-ons such as that is supposed to be provided by the developer of that add-on. This forum provides support for Firefox and most of us do what we can to help out with end user add-on support.
